The NEXUS mark is drawn from the atom — the unit everything else is built from. NEXUS means a connection, a point where things meet, and that is what the atom depicts: a centre, and everything bound to it.
The interlaced rings tell the story of the product. Every NEXUS sling begins as a single yarn, laid with thousands of others into something far stronger than any strand alone. And the rings are already the shape of a round sling: an endless loop, the load shared around the whole circumference.
Rigging and mooring specialists since 1985, with offices across Asia-Pacific, the Middle East, Europe and the Americas. NEXUS Engineered synthetics is the group’s own line of high-performance synthetic products, alongside Franklin’s steel wire rope and rigging business.
Central Operations & Resource for Excellence, Singapore. Everything that decides how a NEXUS sling performs — the yarn, the design, the test — comes from one place. Wherever a sling is made, it is built to the same specification and proven to the same protocol.
Every sling is proof loaded, measured for length on pins of known diameter, and fully inspected before release. Certified to the standard the project calls for, with reference to BS EN 1492-2, ASME B30.9, AS 4497 and DNV requirements. Witness by DNV, ABS, LR, BV or RINA upon request.
