Topside lift, TPC II offshore substation
A pair of NXRS 2870 round slings in basket configuration carrying the offshore substation topside from the transport barge to the jacket. Each sling was proof-loaded to 1,802 metric tons before dispatch.
NEXUS round slings on installation lifts where weight, safety, handling and certainty of length matter most.

A pair of NXRS 2870 round slings in basket configuration carrying the offshore substation topside from the transport barge to the jacket. Each sling was proof-loaded to 1,802 metric tons before dispatch.

A single NXRS 4270 eye-eye sling made wide and thin (≤ 400 mm wide, ≤ 220 mm deep) to fit the lifting tool's pin fixture and bottom gap. One sling carrying the full pile load removes the skew and load-sharing problems of a basket pair. Proof-loaded to 1,362 metric tons before dispatch.

A matched pair of NXRS 5560 round slings for an offshore lift, shown in the factory before dispatch. Each sling was proof-loaded to 1,774 metric tons.

A wellhead platform topside lifted from the transport barge on an all-synthetic top and middle rig: one NXRS 3780 top sling in basket to a tri-plate, then four NXRS 2910 middle slings to the lift points. Proof-loaded to 1,209 metric tons and 896 metric tons respectively before dispatch.

Two matched pairs of NXRS 1940 eye-eye slings, at 26.95 m and 29.35 m, carrying the jacket after upending and lowering it to the seabed. Each pair was matched to within 4 mm on measured length.
